  - All Shinjitsu Audio products are covered by a warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

**2. Coverage:**
  - This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature.

**3. Return Policy:**
  - Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or replacement, only if the product is found to be defective. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department within the specified period.

  - Returns based on customer preference (e.g., changed mind, no longer wanted) beyond the 14-day return window will not be accepted. We encourage customers to thoroughly research and consider their purchase before finalizing.

**4. Repair at Our Costs:**
  - If a product covered under warranty experiences an issue within the one-year period, Shinjitsu Audio will repair the item at no cost to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to our designated service center, and Shinjitsu Audio will cover the return shipping costs after the repair is completed.

**5. Warranty Claim Process:**
  - To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at morris@shinjitsuaudio.com. Provide your original proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images.

**6. Exclusions:**
  - This warranty does not cover consumable parts, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.

**7. Limitation of Liability:**
  - Shinjitsu Audio shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

**8. Governing Law:**
  - This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Arizona USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty policy shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Arizona USA.

  - Shinjitsu Audio reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Examples of issues not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to:

  • Slight variations in appearance, color, or texture that do not affect the product's functionality.

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic imperfections.

  • Sounds or noises that are inherent to the design and do not compromise the product's performance.

Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the product upon receipt and report any potential defects promptly within the initial 14-day satisfaction period. After this period, claims will only be accepted for genuine defects covered by the warranty.

**Front Panel Size Variation:**

- **Size Limitations:** Exotic lumber, with its unique characteristics, may not always be available in dimensions exceeding 9 X 23 inches in width and length. This can result in slight variations in front panel sizes.

- **Coverage Variations:** The front panel may vary slightly in size, with the possibility of coverage extending up to the full dimensions or being an inch in from all sides. This is a result of the natural constraints of certain wood types.

Please note that special order items, demo or returned for sale items, and customized products, or speaker kits are non-returnable. Once these specialized items have been ordered or tailored to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

2. **Package Your Return:** Ensure your return includes the original receipt, packaging, and accessories, and is in like-new condition with no physical damage.
3. **UPS Shipping:** Use UPS to ship your return. We'll provide an invoiced discounted shipping label for your convenience.
