Deposit, Queue & Build Process — Terms

How It Works

Place your 50% deposit → your slot is reserved in the build queue.
When you reach the front of the line → we send your final invoice by email.
Pay the remaining 50% → we order your materials and begin your build.

⚖️ Tight & Fair Queue Policy

When Your Build Slot Opens

When your slot reaches the front of the line, we will send your final invoice via email. Because we coordinate our shop schedule and material ordering in precise batches, timing matters.

The Standard Window: Final payment is due within 7 business days so we can immediately secure your hardwoods, drivers, and crossover parts.
Need a Pause? (Communication is Key): If an unexpected life event happened and you just need to delay the build, let us know within that 7-day window. We will gladly pause your order and slide your deposit down to a future production slot when you're ready. As long as you talk to us, you don't lose your deposit.
Silent/Abandoned Orders: If we reach out and receive no response or communication at all within 14 calendar days, your production slot is immediately forfeited to the next person in line, and your deposit is non-refundable to cover scheduling and administrative overhead.

Material Ordering

After your final payment is received, we begin sourcing the specific materials for your build. This includes:

Horn drivers and enclosure components
Crossover components matched to your configuration
Finish materials (veneer, paint, or raw wood as selected)
Any custom hardware or grille options

Because materials are ordered specifically for your build, they are non-refundable once sourced.

Build Timeline

Build times vary depending on queue depth and material availability. Current estimated lead times are communicated at the time of deposit. We will always reach out if there are any unexpected delays.

Cancellation Policy Within 7 days of order

Before materials are ordered: Full deposit refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
After materials are ordered: Deposit is non-refundable, as materials have been purchased specifically for your build.
After build has started: No refund on deposit or any payments made.
