  1. Orders & Lead Times
    • Most standard orders ship in ~30 days.
    • Timing may vary with parts availability, custom finishes, holidays, courier issues, or other conditions beyond our control.
    • We’ll email updates if timing changes.

  2. Pricing & Payment
    • Prices are USD and may change until you place an order.
    • Payment in full is required before your order builds.
    • Sales tax/import duties/local fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  3. Cancellations
    • Within 48 hours of order: full refund.
    • After 48 hours and before production/custom finishing: refund minus 5% processing.
    • After production/custom work begins: treated as a return (see section 4).

  4. Returns (30-Day Window)
    • Request an RMA within 30 days of delivery.
    • Item must be like-new, with all accessories and original packaging.
    • 20% restocking fee.
    • Buyer pays insured return shipping and is responsible for transit loss/damage back to us.
    • Refunds are issued after inspection (allow 5–10 business days).
    • Not returnable: custom/special orders, B-stock/clearance, items with wear/mods/missing parts.

  5. Shipping, Damage & Loss
    • We ship insured (often via UPS; labels may be created through Easyship).
    • Title/risk pass at delivery (or at pickup if you use your own carrier).
    • If damaged/lost: report within 48 hours, keep all packaging, send photos; we file the claim and proceed after insurer accepts liability.
    • If tracking shows “attempted” or “exception,” contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup.

  6. Warranty
    • 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials/workmanship under normal use.
    • OEM components carry their manufacturer warranties (we’ll help you access them).
    • Exclusions: misuse, improper wiring/amplification, impact/moisture, extreme temperature/humidity, modifications.
    • Real wood varies and moves (grain/color variation, minor checking/texture); these are not defects.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    • Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product price. No indirect/incidental/consequential damages.

  9. Privacy
    • We don’t sell your data. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime.

  10. Changes
    • We may update these terms. The effective date is at the top of this page.
