Returns & Refunds
All Shinjitsu Audio products include a 30-day return period.
To qualify for a refund:
• Items must be returned in unblemished condition with all original parts.
• Products must be packed in the original box with all packaging materials.
• Buyer pays return shipping.
All returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. Refunds are issued less original shipping after inspection and approval. Special or custom builds (non-stock woods or altered structure/function) are final sale.
Build Time & Availability
All Shinjitsu Audio speakers are built to order. Standard build time is approximately 30 business days before shipment.
In rare cases, components may become back-ordered. If this occurs, we’ll notify you and provide status updates. If a delay persists, we’ll recommend a substitute of equal or greater quality upon your approval.
Auditions & Dealerships
We do not offer in-person auditions or dealership showrooms. Every listening environment is unique, and hearing a system in ours has little relevance to how it performs in yours.
To keep pricing fair, we sell directly without dealer overhead or markups.
We provide upon request verified reviews, videos, and testimonials showcasing real-world performance. Each speaker is hand-built in Arizona using premium U.S. and European components with a reductionist crossover design for pure, dynamic sound.
Design & Component Updates
To ensure the highest quality and reliability, we reserve the right to make ongoing improvements to our products. This may include substitutions of components or refinements to design, materials, or mounting methods based on availability and performance.
All updates are made with equal or greater attention to sonic integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term durability. Product photos and descriptions represent typical configurations, but minor variations may occur as part of our continuous improvement process.
