Return Policy And Trial Periods:

Your system isn’t pulled from a warehouse — it’s assembled and tuned around your selected components and configuration.

If returned, it must be reworked and brought back to a neutral baseline before it can be resold. For that reason, a 20% restocking fee applies for all returns plus return shipping — a standard practice in high-end, made-to-order products.
