Because Shinjitsu Audio products are built by hand using solid hardwoods and matched components, we do not ship "off the shelf. Current Lead Time: 30 to 60 business days.

• Supplier Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur if specific components (drivers, capacitors) are back-ordered from our suppliers.

Tracking Your Build

1. Notification: You will be notified the moment your order is complete and ready to ship.

2. Delays: If an unexpected delay occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed.

3. Tracking: Once your shipment leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey to your door.

We want you to listen in your own room, with your own gear. Upon receipt, you have a 14-day trial period to ensure you are fully satisfied with the sound and build quality of your new system.
