Shinjitsu Audio Terms & Conditions
Built-to-Order Products
Every Shinjitsu Audio loudspeaker is individually built to order. Because each product is manufactured specifically for the customer, production begins after your order is placed and materials are allocated for your build.
Typical production time is 30–60 business days, although this may vary depending on parts availability, custom options, and production workload.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled more than 14 days after the order date will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This fee helps offset the cost of custom-ordered components, hardwoods, production scheduling, and administrative expenses incurred in preparing your order.
Orders canceled within 14 days of the order date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable credit card processing fees, if applicable.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the Return Policy below.
Return Policy
Complete loudspeakers may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be in like-new condition and include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and accessories originally supplied with the product.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use the original packaging and insure the shipment for its full replacement value. Shinjitsu Audio is not responsible for damage occurring during return shipment.
Custom, special-order, personalized, or Builder Series products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or are found to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

Order Changes
Requests to modify an order after it has been placed will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible. Order changes may affect pricing, production schedules, and estimated delivery dates.
Shipping
Shipping estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to supplier availability, production requirements, weather, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond Shinjitsu Audio's reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Product Specifications
Because every Shinjitsu Audio product is handcrafted and continuously refined, specifications, finishes, dimensions, weights, and appearance may vary slightly from published photographs or descriptions without affecting performance or functionality.
Natural hardwoods are unique materials. Grain patterns, color, and figure will vary from product to product and are considered a hallmark of handcrafted construction rather than a defect.
Limitation of Liability
Shinjitsu Audio's maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Shinjitsu Audio be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of any product.
Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Shinjitsu Audio directly regarding any concerns with an order before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly whenever possible.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Shinjitsu Audio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
