Trouble Shooting Guide

Horn X2 Troubleshooting
Our goal is your satisfaction

Most issues come down to connection, polarity, or tuning.

No Sound from Horn

Check:

horn leads are connected firmly
resistor is installed
capacitor is installed
amplifier is connected to inner terminals

If all are correct, the horn will play.

Sound is Thin or Weak

Check:

speaker is connected to outer terminals
capacitor is installed

Then increase capacitor value and increase resistor value slightly.

Sound is Too Bright

Lower the resistor value.

Sound is Dull or Closed In

Raise the resistor value slightly.

Imaging is Off (Left/Right)

Check:

wiring polarity (red to red, black to black)
horn orientation (as shown in setup guide)

Small errors will shift the image immediately.

No Bass / Weak Bass

Check:

speaker is connected to outer terminals
amplifier is NOT connected directly to speaker

The Horn X2 must sit between them.

Something Doesn’t Seem Right

Check:

amplifier → inner terminals
speaker → outer terminals
resistor is installed
capacitor is installed

Then play music.

Final Note

If something still isn’t right, stop.

Send a message and I'll walk you through it.

Regarding the Crossover

The Continuum Crossover is not sold separately.

Its internal design and component values are not provided.

We do not support or advise on external implementations.

The performance of the system relies on the crossover, horn, and driver operating together as a complete structure.

The system is offered only as a fully integrated solution.
