Warranty

Warranty Coverage

We build for a lifetime of listening.

Shinjitsu Audio offers a Lifetime Warranty on all electrical components to the original owner. This includes:

  • Internal Crossovers and Wiring

  • Compression Drivers & Diaphragms

  • Woofers & Main Drivers

  • Input Terminals & L-Pad Electronics

This warranty guarantees that your system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

Conditions & Misuse

This warranty is valid provided the components have not been subjected to misuse. "Misuse" includes, but is not limited to:

  • Overdriving the system: Playing at volumes that cause audible distortion or mechanical failure.

  • Amplifier Clipping: Using an under-powered amplifier pushed beyond its limits (which sends a damaging square wave to the tweeter).

  • Blown Voice Coils: Burnt coils are the result of excessive power or clipping and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Physical Damage: Dents to diaphragms, broken terminals from over-tightening, or damage from improper wiring.

If Misuse Occurs:

If it is determined that failure was caused by misuse, the warranty is void. However, we will not leave you stranded. We will make replacement components available to you upon request at a reasonable repair/replacement cost to get your system running again.

Cabinetry Exclusions

Cabinetry is not covered under warranty.

Because we use natural solid hardwoods and fine finishes, the cabinetry is considered furniture. We cannot warrant against:

  • Damage caused by handling, impact, or shipping (after delivery).

  • Moisture, humidity changes, or environmental extremes.

  • Customer modifications (drilling, refinishing, etc.).

If your cabinet suffers damage, please contact us. While not a warranty claim, we can often provide guidance or offer paid repair services to help restore the finish.
