The Hiro Junior is a precise architectural expression of our foundational engineering. It is not a reduced model; it is a system scaled with mathematical intent to provide the Hiro voice within a 28-liter internal volume. This design ensures that the core sound signature remains intact while providing the correct physical proportions for mid-sized listening environments.

The Flagship Aperture

To achieve the wide, effortless acoustic window that defines our sound, the Junior utilizes the B&C ME45 horn [1]. This 12-inch cast-aluminum constant-directivity component is the same flagship horn [2] used in our largest models, allowing the Junior to deliver a level of clarity, pattern control, and dynamic ease that is rarely found in a cabinet of this size.

Internal Integrity & External Control

We prioritize the internal sanctity of our designs. The Hiro Junior features a top-mounted resistor socket, which allows you to fine-tune high-frequency presence and balance the system to your room’s unique acoustics. This external interface ensures that the internal crossover—a second-order, phase-coherent network—remains undisturbed, isolated, and perfectly sealed within the cabinet’s internal vault.

The Hiro Junior is housed in a CNC-cut ¾-inch Baltic Birch enclosure, utilizing rabbet-joint construction for maximum internal rigidity.
